Job Duties

  • Oversee and lead daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
  • Cultivate engagement through emotional intelligence and authentic connections with ambassadors and guests
  • Ensure exceptional and memorable dining experiences for all guests
  • Lead by example and foster a dynamic team culture
  • Explore innovative ways to enhance every guest's dining experience
  • Inspire and guide the team with outstanding leadership
  • Support banquet operations as needed
