Job Duties
- Oversee and lead daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
- Cultivate engagement through emotional intelligence and authentic connections with ambassadors and guests
- Ensure exceptional and memorable dining experiences for all guests
- Lead by example and foster a dynamic team culture
- Explore innovative ways to enhance every guest's dining experience
- Inspire and guide the team with outstanding leadership
- Support banquet operations as needed
