Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Food & Beverage management or supervisory roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management preferably within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with customer service best practices in the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue
Job Duties
- Ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, lounges, and banquets
- Manage budgeted payroll and overhead costs for the Food & Beverage department
- Work towards improving sales revenue across all Food & Beverage areas to exceed budget targets
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Food & Beverage staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery
- Oversee inventory management and control to reduce waste and maximize profitability
- Implement and maintain service standards and operational procedures across all Food & Beverage outlets
