Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Food & Beverage management or supervisory roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage management preferably within a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue

Job Duties

  • Ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, lounges, and banquets
  • Manage budgeted payroll and overhead costs for the Food & Beverage department
  • Work towards improving sales revenue across all Food & Beverage areas to exceed budget targets
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate Food & Beverage staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery
  • Oversee inventory management and control to reduce waste and maximize profitability
  • Implement and maintain service standards and operational procedures across all Food & Beverage outlets
