Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- experience managing food and beverage operations
- proven leadership experience in hospitality settings
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- familiarity with private club standards
- valid food safety certification
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a private club or high-end hospitality environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of financial management including budgeting and cost control
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- ability to develop and implement operational strategies

Job Duties
