We are currently seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest at the hotel receives world-class service, specifically within our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional with considerable experience in hospitality and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the department including staff management, schedule implementation, budget oversight, and menu development. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of service and overall guest experience, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

In this role, you will be entrusted with training and supervising the food and beverage staff to maintain high standards of performance. You will also be involved in recruiting new team members to build a capable and motivated workforce. Monitoring product flows, managing supplies, and controlling labor costs are critical components of your responsibilities, ensuring the department operates efficiently and within budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will analyze guest satisfaction scores and provide actionable insights to continuously enhance service quality. The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting the significance and demands of the role. Job Requirements

  • Must have a food handling license
  • Proven experience in hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a food handling license
  • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
  • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
  • Knowledge of national food and health safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
  • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
  • Oversee all food and beverage department operations including staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
  • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
  • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
