We are currently seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest at the hotel receives world-class service, specifically within our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional with considerable experience in hospitality and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the department including staff management, schedule implementation, budget oversight, and menu development. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of service and overall guest experience, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

In this role, you will be entrusted with training and supervising the food and beverage staff to maintain high standards of performance. You will also be involved in recruiting new team members to build a capable and motivated workforce. The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting the significance and demands of the role.
