The hotel prides itself on a sophisticated, upscale environment that blends luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The property offers multiple outlets including fine dining restaurants, an exclusive bar, in-room dining services, and event spaces, all designed to deliver culinary excellence and impeccable service.

This Food & Beverage Manager role is tailored for a dynamic and guest-focused leader who thrives in an upscale, design-forward setting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 with a 10% bonus opportunity, along with relocation assistance up to $2,500 for qualified candidates. This role demands a hands-on approach and the capability to innovate service offerings, drive revenue, mentor staff, and maintain brand standards.

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s diverse food and beverage venues. You will manage and mentor a team including front-of-house supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Collaboration with the Executive Chef and General Manager is essential to ensure consistent quality control and uphold the brand's standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating innovative seasonal menus and programming to engage the local community and elevate the guest experience.

This position requires excellent knowledge of local market trends and guest preferences, preferably candidates who are local or familiar with the Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, or Miami areas. Flexibility in schedule is necessary, as the role includes working nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure seamless operations. Compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations is a top priority.

Working with this renowned hotel provides a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, guest-centric leadership team committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality. The role offers significant career growth and recognition in the luxury hospitality industry. Candidates looking for a challenging yet rewarding position where creativity, leadership, and operational excellence are valued will find this role highly fulfilling. Joining this hotel means contributing to an exceptional guest experience while leading a passionate team in an inspiring environment.
