- Previous experience in food and beverage operations preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Direct and organize food and beverage department activities
- Plan and direct food and beverage functions to meet daily operational needs
- Implement controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing
- Maximize profits through outstanding customer service
