Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • Collaborate with event planners to coordinate banquet services and logistics
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback
