Job Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel restaurant
  • Ability to manage a unionized team
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of relevant POS and management systems
  • Strong supervisory and development skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience managing a unionized team
  • Familiarity with Agilysis POS, Unifocus, OnDemand, and Smart Spend systems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, marketing initiatives, and budgeting
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Assess product and service satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
