Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
  • previous bar experience
  • hotel experience required
  • union experience a plus
  • fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee food and beverage operations including restaurant, lounge, room service, and coffee shop
  • ensure guest service standards and product quality are maintained
  • control costs and maximize profitability
  • implement marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
  • monitor and develop employee performance
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • act as Director of Food & Beverage in their absence
