- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
- previous bar experience
- hotel experience required
- union experience a plus
- fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee food and beverage operations including restaurant, lounge, room service, and coffee shop
- ensure guest service standards and product quality are maintained
- control costs and maximize profitability
- implement marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
- recruit, interview, and train team members
- monitor and develop employee performance
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- act as Director of Food & Beverage in their absence
