We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our management team. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of F&B associates to ensure that all guests receive excellent service. This role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and strong organizational skills. The supervisor will efficiently train and schedule team members, oversee inventory and sanitation standards, and enforce liquor procedures with an emphasis on security and accountability. The position demands flexibility, as varying work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected. This role involves active participation in departmental and staff meetings and continuous collaboration with team members to meet and exceed operational goals. - Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations as it relates to food and liquor
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Will be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Efficiently supervise, guide and train all restaurant, kitchen, banquet and bar associates in how to perform their job duties to the best of their abilities
- Schedule, evaluate and direct all F&B personnel, including providing disciplinary action if necessary
- Keep open communication between management and associates
- Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials needed for associates to perform their jobs
- Establish, direct and review liquor procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability
- Participate in department meetings, weekly staff meetings, weekly restaurant, and monthly food and supplies inventory
- Maintain constant control of sanitation levels and operating standards for the restaurant
