Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the selected candidate will join a dynamic team alongside another Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the hotel's restaurant outlets and private event services. This position demands a well-organized and proactive leader with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management within either hotel settings or standalone restaurants.
With an annual salary range between $63,000 and $70,000 (with the final offer depending on prior experience), this role emphasizes delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining financial responsibility. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards

- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
