Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with food and beverage management software and point of sale systems
- Understanding of industry trends and marketing strategies
- Commitment to uphold Hilton’s core values and standards

- Proven experience in food and beverage management or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure seamless operations by managing daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence by supporting development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
- Drive operational efficiency by overseeing administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
- Elevate quality and service standards by supporting delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
- Inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, mentoring team members, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team
- Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
