Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum two-year management experience or two years hotel restaurant experience
  • Must be able to perform all food and beverage duties including cooking, bartending, and serving
  • Experience with Micros and OnQ PMS operating systems a plus
  • Guest oriented and service minded
  • Able to multi-task and delegate to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Clean background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • ServSafe certified preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage operations
  • Hire, train, and coach all food and beverage associates
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Assist hotel general manager and participate in the manager on duty program
  • Audit and confirm all food and beverage meet franchise and CMC Hotels standards
