Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in culinary arts preferred
Minimum two-year management experience or two years hotel restaurant experience
Must be able to perform all food and beverage duties including cooking, bartending, and serving
Experience with Micros and OnQ PMS operating systems a plus
Guest oriented and service minded
Able to multi-task and delegate to complete tasks in a timely manner
Clean background check
Reliable transportation
ServSafe certified preferred

Job Qualifications
