- Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, department management, policy enforcement, and meeting participation
- Monitor and develop team member performance by providing supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and rewards
- Assess product and service satisfaction trends, identify issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services and maximize revenue
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about outlet offerings, pricing, policies, local area, and events
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members
