This Food and Beverage Manager opportunity at Southland Casino is a critical leadership role requiring an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within a busy casino environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume restaurant, casino, resort, or hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operation
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol compliance
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with labor management, inventory control, and cost of goods
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s) and food/alcohol certifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
  • support performance management and staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost control
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, service standards, and special promotions or events
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and schedules as required
