Job Requirements
- Prior management experience in restaurants
- Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending kneeling stooping
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to navigate restaurant and kitchen environments safely

Job Duties
- Interview select train schedule coach and support associates
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Visually inspect and maintain the appearance of the facility
- Manage customer relations with tact and diplomacy
- Ensure all equipment is operational
- Participate in marketing efforts
- Interact with guests to obtain service feedback
- Document inventory and forecast supply usage
- Comply with alcoholic beverage regulations
- Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
