Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience in restaurants
  • Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending kneeling stooping
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Adherence to safety regulations
  • Willingness to participate in sustainability initiatives
  • Ability to navigate restaurant and kitchen environments safely

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies

Job Duties

  • Interview select train schedule coach and support associates
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
  • Visually inspect and maintain the appearance of the facility
  • Manage customer relations with tact and diplomacy
  • Ensure all equipment is operational
  • Participate in marketing efforts
  • Interact with guests to obtain service feedback
  • Document inventory and forecast supply usage
  • Comply with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
