Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations at a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts
- valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- experience with POS and inventory management systems
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant entertainment venue hotel or similar environment
- strong floor leadership with the ability to coach motivate and delegate effectively
- excellent communication conflict resolution and customer service skills
- proven experience with scheduling inventory cost control and financial reporting
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume and shifting priorities
- knowledge of POS systems alcohol regulations and hospitality best practices
- must hold or obtain required alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets ensuring consistent service quality and guest experience
- lead pre-shift meetings communicate service standards and ensure teams are prepared for volume fluctuations events and activations
- maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours supporting staff engaging guests and resolving issues in real time
- monitor cleanliness organization and equipment readiness across all food and beverage spaces
- participate in hiring onboarding and training of food and beverage staff including servers bartenders food runners bussers and bar support
- develop team members through coaching feedback and performance evaluations identify high performers and growth opportunities
- ensure all staff follow service standards policies alcohol guidelines and safety protocols
