Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to regularly taste or smell
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally work in wet or humid conditions (non-weather)
- Ability to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- Food safety and sanitation training
- Alcohol awareness training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily functions of food and beverage operations including member and guest satisfaction
- Supervise inventory and maintain par levels
- Walk dining room floor to ensure quality service
- Communicate regularly with department leaders to meet operational goals
- Inspect facilities for maintenance and cleanliness needs
- Oversee equipment functionality including beverage carts
- Complete production reports and control supply distribution
- Administer menu design, pricing, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain sanitation standards consistently
- Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef
- Develop relationships with Troon preferred suppliers
- Interview, hire, train, and manage staff including Assistant Managers and Servers
- Develop ongoing training programs
- Monitor business volume and plan manpower and cost accordingly
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
