Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- must speak, read, write and understand English
- must be able to listen and communicate effectively with all employees and guests
- must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- must have the ability to approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- must be willing to perform other duties as requested by management while always maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Oversees daily aspects of the restaurant/bar operation
- responds to guests in a timely manner
- is visible on the floor to assist staff as needed
- works with other F&B managers to guarantee success in the outlet
- keeps immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention
- monitors quality of service and food in F&B outlet
- ensures compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations
- ensures the training of employees on SOP's and technical job tasks
- participates in departmental meetings and related trainings
- understands, implements and monitors promotions in outlets
