  • must be willing to perform other duties as requested by management while always maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily aspects of the restaurant/bar operation
  • responds to guests in a timely manner
  • is visible on the floor to assist staff as needed

  • keeps immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention
  • monitors quality of service and food in F&B outlet
  • ensures compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations
  • ensures the training of employees on SOP's and technical job tasks
  • participates in departmental meetings and related trainings
  • understands, implements and monitors promotions in outlets
