The company is currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, busy environments and enjoys taking on new challenges. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain high-quality service standards, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The manager will work collaboratively with other food and beverage managers to guarantee the success of the outlet, implement promotions, and provide training to employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical job tasks. Additionally, this role involves ensuring all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
Key responsibilities include being visibly present on the floor to assist staff, responding to guest inquiries promptly, monitoring service quality, and participating actively in departmental meetings and training sessions. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and approach guest and employee interactions with a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude. This role demands an individual who is resourceful and capable of handling problems by anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving them as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English is mandatory. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must speak, read, write and understand English

Job Duties
- Oversees daily aspects of the restaurant/bar operation
- Responds to guests in a timely manner
- Is visible on the floor to assist staff as needed
- Works with other food and beverage managers to guarantee success in the outlet
- Keeps immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention
- Monitors quality of service and food in food and beverage outlet
- Ensures compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
- Ensures the training of employees on standard operating procedures and technical job tasks
- Participates in departmental meetings and related trainings
- Understands, implements and monitors promotions in outlets
