Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
- Capability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
- Willingness to perform additional duties as requested by management
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to listen and communicate effectively with all employees and guests
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Must be willing to perform other duties as requested by management while always maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Oversees daily aspects of the restaurant/bar operation
- Responds to guests in a timely manner
- Is visible on the floor to assist staff as needed
- Works with other food and beverage managers to guarantee success in the outlet
- Keeps immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention
- Monitors quality of service and food in food and beverage outlet
- Ensures compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
- Ensures the training of employees on standard operating procedures and technical job tasks
- Participates in departmental meetings and related trainings
- Understands, implements and monitors promotions in outlets
