This position involves overseeing all food and beverage operations within the property, including culinary, restaurant, and beverage services. The Food and Beverage Manager is tasked with ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining impeccable service standards while achieving or exceeding financial goals. The role requires comprehensive knowledge and proficient application of all relevant food and beverage laws and regulations. The incumbent will develop and implement the business plan for the food and beverage department, aligning it with the broader organizational objectives.

- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends and holidays

- Supervises and manages employees
- Manages all day-to-day operations
- Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
