- Completion of 2-3 years of education beyond high school or equivalent skills
- Sound understanding of food service industry principles
- Proficient in supervising staff and resolving kitchen issues
- Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Organize staff and culinary operations competently
- Oversee and coordinate culinary operations, managing and training kitchen personnel
- Supervise daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards
- Craft menus and develop recipes
- Determine food consumption needs for accurate procurement
- Improve dish concepts and harmonize production processes for quality
- Establish presentation techniques and plan menu pricing
- Maintain kitchen equipment for efficiency
- Ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment by following safety and sanitation standards
- Manage special catering events and provide culinary instruction
- Guide and train junior culinary staff
