Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR associate degree from an accredited institution in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
- Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure service standards
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR associate degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and related laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and business plans
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and employee development
Job Duties
- Develop and manage financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for food and beverage departments
- Maintain positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service
- Lead, influence, and motivate the food and beverage team by demonstrating integrity and sound business decision-making
- Provide excellent customer service and respond proactively to guest and employee concerns
- Develop and implement training, coaching, and mentoring programs for team members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food and beverage laws, regulations, and corporate procedures
