As the Food & Beverage Manager at Storey Lake Club, you will oversee the comprehensive operations of all food and beverage services within the club’s dynamic setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year of related experience or training
  • Food safety and alcohol awareness training
  • Ability to stand, walk, and talk frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
  • Must have regular and reliable attendance
  • Incorporate safe work practices
  • Ability to read and speak English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and regional cuisines
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of food and beverage service equipment and industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving and client service abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations including member and guest satisfaction
  • Train, supervise, and develop food and beverage staff
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and pricing
  • Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor business volume to plan manpower and cost control
