Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States required
  • Prior experience in luxury food and beverage or hospitality operations
  • Ability to operate food and beverage computer systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and cost control
  • Capability to lead a team effectively
  • Education in hospitality or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of division operations and four seasons cultural core standards policies and procedures
  • Prior experience leading a team in luxury food and beverage or hospitality operations
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service cost control labor control maintenance merchandising and accounting
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems

Job Duties

  • Select train evaluate lead motivate coach and discipline all employees in the hotel’s food and beverage departments
  • Oversee operations of the pool and winter dining departments with support to banquets and in room dining teams
  • Ensure established cultural and core standards are met including strategic planning for outlet operations
  • Provide visibility in the operation by recognizing staff promoting public relations and handling guest complaints concerns or special requests
  • Describe ensure quality of all food items ingredients and preparation methods and provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment
  • Collaborate with hotel manager and food and beverage leadership team to design effective menu and amenity options ensuring excellent product quality at fair prices
  • Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling budgeting purchasing decisions inventory and cash control
  • Monitor physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections or improvements as needed
