The specific location in question is a sophisticated urban retreat located on the picturesque waterfront of Baltimore's Harbor East. The role being offered is Food & Beverage Manager, a pivotal leadership position within the hotel’s Food & Beverage department. This role demands a strong leader who will select, train, evaluate, motivate, coach, and when necessary, discipline employees across various Food & Beverage operations including Pool & Winter Dining, Banquets, and In-Room Dining. The manager will uphold Four Seasons' cultural and core standards, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include long-term strategic planning for outlet operations, maintaining visibility on the floor to recognize staff efforts and foster public relations, and managing guest concerns with professionalism and tact.

This position requires skilled oversight of food quality, preparation methods, and knowledge of wine and spirits, all delivered within an elegant, attentive, and distinctive environment. The manager will collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager and Food & Beverage Leadership Team to develop effective menus and amenities that balance excellence with fair pricing. Operational efficiency is paramount, with duties encompassing labor control, budget management, purchasing, inventory, and cash handling. Moreover, the manager is responsible for the upkeep and improvement recommendations of the physical environment and equipment within their outlets.

Preferred qualifications include comprehensive experience within luxury food and beverage or hospitality operations, familiarity with division operations and Four Seasons' operational standards, and competence with food and beverage service, cost and labor control, merchandising, accounting, and computer systems specific to the hospitality industry.

This position is full-time with an annual salary range of $77,000 to $80,000, complemented by an Annual Incentive Program.
