Job Requirements
- Food Handler Certification required
- TIPS Certification required
- proven experience in restaurant management or food service management preferably in a quick service or casual dining setting
- strong background in food preparation cooking and kitchen management
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- experience in staff training development and team management
- knowledge of inventory control processes and budgeting practices
- strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings on weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
- oversee food preparation and cooking processes ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- manage inventory control including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- train and develop staff in food handling customer service and operational procedures
- implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in food production
- assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize restaurant performance
- foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
