Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as a food and beverage supervisor
  • at least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience
  • high school diploma required
  • bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field preferred
  • TIPS or Title IV certifications

Job Duties

  • Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives
  • prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget
  • evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed
  • maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution
  • implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
  • establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations
  • oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets
  • maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests
  • foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff
  • develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • other duties as assigned
