Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality industry role
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts business administration or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations including menu development cost control and customer service excellence
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to food and beverage service
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and catering services
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation adherence to recipes and consistency in service
  • Monitor inventory and manage purchasing for all food and beverage supplies ensuring cost control measures are in place
  • Recruit train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and promote a positive work environment
  • Schedule staff effectively to ensure high coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and implement training programs for ongoing staff development
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and fostering a customer-centric culture
