Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality industry role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts business administration or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role in a hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations including menu development cost control and customer service excellence
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to food and beverage service
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and catering services
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation adherence to recipes and consistency in service
- Monitor inventory and manage purchasing for all food and beverage supplies ensuring cost control measures are in place
- Recruit train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and promote a positive work environment
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure high coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and implement training programs for ongoing staff development
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and fostering a customer-centric culture
