Job Requirements

  • minimum five years of food and beverage management experience in luxury or resort hospitality
  • strong expertise in Asian cuisine sushi or Japanese dining concepts
  • exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills
  • proven ability to manage budgets labor and operational metrics
  • guest-focused mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • prior experience in resort-based food and beverage operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all operations of the Asian dining venues including sushi and sashimi offerings
  • manage budgets and labor costs to ensure financial efficiency
  • lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • coordinate with culinary teams to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
  • collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote Asian dining experiences
