Job Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
- experience managing multiple outlets effectively
- strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
- hands-on leadership approach
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- experience in full-service or luxury hotels is preferred

- Manage daily operations across restaurants, room service, and lounge/bar areas
