As a leader in the hospitality industry, the hotel prides itself on combining top-notch service with operational excellence, offering guests an inviting atmosphere and memorable culinary experiences. This full-service establishment is a preferred destination for both business and leisure travelers seeking quality accommodations paired with outstanding food and beverage services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and oversee a high-volume, multifaceted operation within the hotel. This is an exciting leadership role that challenges you to balance service quality with financial management across several dining venues. The ideal candidate will be a passionate professional, experienced in managing multiple food and beverage outlets, and capable of inspiring and developing teams to meet the hotel’s high standards.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to manage daily operations across all restaurant venues, in-room dining, and the hotel’s energetic lounge/bar area. You will work closely with department managers and team members, mentoring them to ensure that service excellence and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the financial performance of the food and beverage department, with a focus on labor management, cost control, revenue growth, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with culinary leadership to guarantee that quality and service standards are upheld. Maintaining compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations will be integral to your role, ensuring both guest safety and a smooth-running operation. This role demands a hands-on leadership approach, ideally suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Experience in full-service or luxury hotel settings is preferred but not mandatory.

The compensation package offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 annually plus a 10% bonus, reflecting the importance of this leadership position within the hotel. Relocation support is available for candidates willing to move to Memphis, Tennessee, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking career growth in a welcoming city known for its rich culture and hospitality industry. Join us and bring your expertise to an operation where your impact will be seen in enhanced guest experiences and operational success.
