Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
  • experience managing multiple outlets effectively
  • strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
  • hands-on leadership approach
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • experience in full-service or luxury hotels is preferred
