We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Leader to join our distinguished team, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary range from $87,750 to $117,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this position within our executive operations. As the Food & Beverage Operations Leader, you will play a critical role in steering the departmental team towards excellence, leading, mentoring, and training staff members to uphold the highest service standards. Your innovative mindset will be key in strategizing new products and service offerings that enrich the guest experience and elevate the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality. You will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and engaging. Revenue maximization is another core focus, which requires collaboration with the Food & Beverage teams to communicate and implement effective strategies, practices, and promotions aimed at boosting sales and profitability.

Budgets will be managed with fiscal responsibility, and you will act swiftly and professionally to resolve any guest concerns, maintaining our commitment to guest satisfaction. Continuous improvement of product and service quality is expected as you monitor guest service standards and balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs. Adherence to all safety and sanitation policies, as well as outlet-specific procedures and service standards, is mandatory to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage department and the hotel at large. This role is ideal for a service-focused individual with proven leadership capabilities, who is passionate about fostering a strong team culture and delivering high performance in a luxury hospitality environment. Physical demands include constant standing and walking, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, as well as seated computer work during shifts. Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • strategize on new products and service offerings

  • maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food & Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
  • monitor the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner
  • address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
  • balance operational, administrative and colleague needs
  • follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • other duties as assigned
