Job Description

We are a reputed hotel dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As a full-service establishment, we offer a range of amenities including luxury accommodations, exquisite dining options, event hosting facilities, and outstanding customer service. Our hotel strives to maintain the highest standards in all areas of operation, ensuring guest satisfaction and continuous growth. We pride ourselves on a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages professional development and values team contributions. The Food and Beverage (F&B) department plays a pivotal role in our guest experience, combining culinary excellence with impeccable service to create memorable dining moments.

The Food and Beverage Manager is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all property food and beverage operations. This role necessitates balancing operational efficiency with innovative strategies to uphold high-quality products and service levels while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel F&B management, demonstrated capability in marketing initiatives, strong leadership skills to reduce employee turnover, and keen financial acumen to manage revenue and payroll budgets effectively.

In this role, you will be expected to monitor industry trends and implement new ideas such as updating cocktail menus and food offerings to keep the operations competitive and appealing. Budget preparation and monitoring are critical functions to ensure department goals align with the hotel’s overall financial objectives. You will work closely with the General Manager to address any F&B-related issues promptly and coordinate loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets.

Effective communication and teamwork are essential as this position involves organizing and conducting regular departmental meetings to align goals and foster a collaborative work environment. Ensuring compliance with local liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and standard operating procedures is a priority. The Food and Beverage Manager also oversees recruitment and training efforts by interviewing candidates and ensuring employees have the necessary tools and training to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

This role extends beyond day-to-day operations to include guest service and satisfaction, where you will focus on creating an unforgettable dining atmosphere in both the restaurant and banquet settings. Approaching guests and staff with attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism will be integral to your success. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of personal and team appearance and grooming to reflect the hotel’s brand standards.

The Food and Beverage Manager must be proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to product consistency, staff performance, and customer service challenges. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle diverse situations effectively will be crucial. This role requires attendance at all relevant hotel meetings and trainings to stay informed and aligned with broader hotel operations.

Overall, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to lead a vital department within our distinguished hotel. With a competitive compensation package and a supportive team environment, the Food and Beverage Manager will play a key role in elevating our guest experience and contributing to the continued success of our establishment.
