We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join The Sunny Hotel team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate all food and beverage operations in a fast-paced, upscale hotel and resort setting. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee budget management, menu development, inventory control, and team leadership to continually elevate the guest dining experience. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Three plus years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
