The Food and Beverage Manager at Aramark plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food experiences and outstanding customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on leadership position is responsible for orchestrating the culinary and kitchen operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience and have completed some post-secondary education or possess equivalent skills. Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Pick out and improve dish concepts and harmonize production processes to ensure quality
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards and plan and price menus
- Maintain equipment to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Guarantee a safe and hygienic kitchen environment by following safety and sanitation standards
- Manage special catering events and offer culinary instruction and showcases
- Guide and train less experienced culinary employees to advance their careers
