Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food and beverage management
  • strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso equipment
  • experience leading and developing teams
  • financial management skills including labor, inventory, and cost control
  • excellent guest service skills
  • flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food and beverage management
  • strong working knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations
  • proven experience leading, training, and developing teams
  • financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls
  • exceptional guest service and communication skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant and or bar venues
  • maintain exceptional presentation, service execution, and guest satisfaction
  • establish and uphold service, appearance, and operational standards
  • hire, train, mentor, and manage team members and leaders as needed
  • lead regular meetings to ensure consistent and transparent communication
  • assist with budgeting, inventory management, payroll, and cost control
  • develop strategies to improve profitability and explore new revenue opportunities
