The role of Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa is central to maintaining and elevating the company's renowned food and beverage operations. The FBM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service, ensuring that customers receive fresh, high-quality products along with efficient and friendly service. Working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the FBM takes a hands-on approach to the daily running of the store’s food and beverage programs, striving to meet performance goals that emphasize consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a dynamic leader who embraces responsibility for inventory management, team training, and the upkeep of a clean and safe service environment. The FBM is the resident expert on food promotions and marketing initiatives, and plays a critical role in motivating and developing Customer Service Associates. The role also involves driving sales through actionable insights and a keen eye on market trends, thereby contributing directly to the store’s financial success.

Wawa offers an hourly wage range from $22.70 to $28.40 for this position, commensurate with experience and location, along with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
