Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more
  • Drive food service sales and achieve performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
  • Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development while recognizing great performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to ensure smooth and efficient operations
