We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all food and beverage operations within the hotel, with responsibilities encompassing budget management, customer satisfaction, menu development, and inventory control. The Food and Beverage Manager will lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and memorable dining experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience managing food and beverage services, preferably within a hotel or resort setting, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication capabilities. This role demands a proactive approach to budgeting, cost control, and innovative menu planning to maintain the hotel's competitive edge. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures is essential, as is the ability to adapt to flexible work hours including weekends and holidays. ServSafe certification is considered an asset, reflecting our commitment to food safety and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Experience with menu planning and development
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification preferred
