The Food and Beverage Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal position responsible for designing and implementing kitchen procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include menu crafting and recipe development, managing special catering events, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a hygienic and safe kitchen environment. This role plays a critical part in meeting budget requirements and executing company-delivered programs. The position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of culinary or related experience and fundamental skills in supervising kitchen personnel and managing operational standards in a fast-paced food service environment. Although a culinary degree is beneficial, it is not mandatory, and the company values relevant experience and skills equally. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate culinary operations, managing and training kitchen personnel
- Supervise daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards
- Determine the expected food consumption to accurately requisition or procure necessary food items
- Pick out and improve dish concepts, harmonize production processes to ensure unwavering quality
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, plan and price menus
- Maintain equipment to ensure it operates effectively and efficiently
- Guarantee a safe and hygienic kitchen environment by following safety and sanitation standards
- Manage special catering events and offer culinary guidance or showcases as needed
- Guide and train less experienced culinary employees by sharing techniques and culinary expertise to help them advance in their careers
