Food and Beverage Manager

Job Title: Café Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Findlay, OH

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on manager to help lead our team and maintain our high standards.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Café Manager with at least 1–2 years of management experience in food service, coffee, or retail. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Monday–Friday availability required
• Occasional Saturday shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the drive-thru café
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Handle shift coverage, and team accountability
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product quality
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience (required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure

• Willingness to be hands-on and support the team during busy periods
