The restaurant prides itself on quality food, exceptional service, and a fun, lively environment that makes every guest feel like part of the "Outbacker" family. The company values diversity and is dedicated to equal employment opportunities, ensuring an inclusive workplace where all employees are respected and can thrive. Outback Steakhouse offers a vibrant and supportive team culture, encouraging growth and development for all team members.

As a Food and Beverage Manager at Outback Steakhouse, you will be the heartbeat of daily restaurant operations. This leadership role is critical in overseeing both the Front of House and Back of House to ensure every guest receives a world-class experience that reflects the brand's "No Rules, Just Right" spirit. Your role involves balancing the technical aspects of restaurant management, such as safety compliance and staffing logistics, with the creative and energetic focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will direct the daily flow of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier presentation and professional standards are maintained at all times. Mentoring staff members and helping them reach their career milestones is key to fostering a positive workplace. You will also manage food safety protocols, security measures, and health department regulations to create a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and employees. Handling guest feedback with tact and professionalism is essential, turning first-time visitors into loyal customers. Additionally, you will take ownership of mastering the menu and preparation standards to ensure consistency and quality. Representing the Outback Steakhouse brand within the local community through marketing and engagement initiatives will round out your diverse range of responsibilities.
