Additional perks include comprehensive insurance coverage, paid time off, exclusive employee discounts, educational support programs, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of general management experience in food service or retail, particularly within a quick-service restaurant environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of fulfilling the role’s demanding tasks.
