As a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa, you will play a crucial leadership role overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the store. This role is essential to maintaining the high-quality standards and consistent customer experience that Wawa customers expect. Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day food service operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring that every food and beverage item meets Wawa’s standards for freshness and presentation. You will oversee a variety of programs including fresh food preparation, grab-and-go meals, catering services, and beverage offerings, ensuring they are executed efficiently and consistently.

Your role will also involve becoming an in-store expert on Wawa’s food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives, allowing you to guide your team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Training and motivating Customer Service Associates to deliver outstanding service will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with supporting hiring, scheduling, and ongoing team development. Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards is vital to the role. You will manage inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations.

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $23.40 to $31.55, commensurate with experience and location, along with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives. Wawa values diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will have the opportunity to advance your leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, gaining valuable experience that can open doors to further career opportunities within Wawa’s growing enterprise.
