Established to provide an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy hearty meals and warm hospitality, Outback Steakhouse has earned a reputation for its commitment to excellence in both food and service. With numerous locations, the company continues to grow by focusing on delivering a memorable dining experience and fostering a vibrant work culture. The restaurant is celebrated for its iconic dishes such as the Bloomin' Onion, and it prides itself on creating a unique, "No Rules, Just Right" atmosphere that encourages both guests and team members to be authentic and spirited. Outback Steakhouse emphasizes diversity and inclusion, offering an Equal Opportunity Employer stance to ensure fair and respectful treatment of all employees and guests.
The Food and Beverage Manager at Outback Steakhouse plays a critical role in orchestrating the daily operations of the restaurant. This leadership position requires a high-energy individual who can expertly oversee both Front of House and Back of House activities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience. The manager not only handles the technical and operational aspects such as staffing, safety compliance, and inventory management but also embodies the creative and hospitable spirit that defines the brand. The Food and Beverage Manager leads recruitment, training, and mentoring initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team, driving both employee development and customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of operational savvy and interpersonal skills to manage guest feedback effectively, maintain professional standards, and uphold strict health and safety protocols. Aside from managing in-restaurant activities, the Food and Beverage Manager also represents the brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts, enhancing the restaurant’s presence and reputation. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who seeks an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive hospitality environment while contributing to the success and legacy of a well-established restaurant brand. The position typically offers competitive base pay plus performance bonuses and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
