Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to close the restaurant at least two evenings per week
  • Physical capability to safely lift, carry, stack, push, or pull objects of significant weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work varied shifts including evenings
  • Commitment to maintaining high operational standards
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a General Manager position within food service or retail
  • Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities
  • Prior experience in a quick-serve restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to mentor and train staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to analyze financial statements
  • Understanding of cash handling and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Utilize and develop leadership abilities with potential for growth
  • Ensure financial health by adhering to cash handling and security protocols
  • Manage inventory and control labor costs
  • Analyze financial statements and implement necessary changes
  • Lead the hiring process including recruiting and interviewing new team members
  • Mentor and train staff on operational excellence standards
  • Conduct bi-weekly physical inventory counts
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
  • Deliver a warm and exceptional guest experience
  • Walk and remain on feet during all shifts
  • Safely operate standard restaurant equipment
