Joining KFC as a Food & Beverage Manager means stepping into a critical leadership role within the restaurant. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations on a daily basis, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a positive team environment that motivates and supports staff to deliver outstanding performance. Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the restaurant also forms a core part of your responsibilities. Additionally, by participating in inventory management and financial analysis, you will contribute to the restaurant's financial health and operational efficiency.

KFC values strong leadership and offers opportunities for professional growth, including potential advancement into above-store management roles through its internal leadership development program. Compensation is competitive and reflects the candidate's skills and prior experience, with additional incentives such as bonuses tied to restaurant performance. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, educational support, employee discounts, and the chance to qualify for annual awards trips. This role requires a candidate who is physically capable, willing to work evening shifts, and eager to contribute positively to the team and brand reputation.
