Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, lunch, evenings, late-night, weekends, and holidays

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of restaurant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (beneficial)
  • Multi-lingual skills (beneficial)
  • Experience designing and leading training programs (beneficial)

Job Duties

  • Manage daily overall operations of Lyle DC to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain flawless relationship with hotel team and act as main contact for hotel leadership
  • Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll
  • Welcome guests warmly and personally
  • Direct and participate in Food and Beverage functions to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing
  • Regularly review guest feedback to improve operations
  • Assist in recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining staff
