Job Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, lunch, evenings, late-night, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of restaurant experience
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations
- Positive outlook and attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (beneficial)
- Multi-lingual skills (beneficial)
- Experience designing and leading training programs (beneficial)
Job Duties
- Manage daily overall operations of Lyle DC to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Maintain flawless relationship with hotel team and act as main contact for hotel leadership
- Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll
- Welcome guests warmly and personally
- Direct and participate in Food and Beverage functions to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing
- Regularly review guest feedback to improve operations
- Assist in recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining staff
