Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States required
- Prior leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of luxury food and beverage service and operational controls
- Ability to use computer systems relevant to food and beverage operations
- Commitment to upholding company cultural and core standards
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and procedures
- Prior experience leading a team within luxury food and beverage or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Food & Beverage departments
- Manage operations primarily for the Pool & Winter Dining Department with support to Banquets and In-Room Dining teams
- Ensure compliance with established cultural and core standards
- Conduct long-range strategic planning for outlet operations
- Maintain visibility in operations to provide recognition and promote positive public relations
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests effectively
- Oversee quality control of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on wine and spirits
- Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and Food & Beverage Leadership Team to design menus and amenity options
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash management
- Monitor physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements as needed
