Job Requirements

- minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- strong leadership skills
- effective verbal communication skills
- excellent time management
- knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
- knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage the front-of-house operations for The Rux Rooftop and Church and State
- lead the operational efforts of the bar and lounge teams
- actively engage with the bar team and guests
- assist in the completion of food and beverage orders in the absence of the Executive Chef
- manage inventory monthly and place weekly bar orders
- attend weekly BEO and leadership meetings as needed
- oversee and execute all bar-related banquet events and other banquet events as assigned
- provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support for direct associates and supervisors to accomplish food and beverage operation goals
- ensure communication, engagement, and conflict resolution within the team for a positive associate environment
- partner with the Sales team to execute events and improve brand recognition
