Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent certification
  • CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire
  • Two years of management and leadership experience or college degree in culinary or business
  • Experience driving operations and financial performance
  • Experience in fast casual restaurant or full service environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controls regarding food, beverage and labor goals
  • Manage all front of the house and back of the house operations including inventory and payroll
  • Lead team by training, modeling, developing, motivating, and assessing team members for continuous growth
  • Respond to questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security practices are followed and inspected
