Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years similar work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • wine certification preferred
  • WA State Food Handler and MAST permits required or obtainable
  • advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • flexibility to meet demands of 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of food and beverage management experience in hotel, luxury, or lifestyle settings
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • wine certification such as WSET or CMS preferred
  • proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • experience managing financial performance
  • ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation environment
