Job Requirements
- minimum of three years similar work experience
- post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- wine certification preferred
- WA State Food Handler and MAST permits required or obtainable
- advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- flexibility to meet demands of 24-hour operation
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years of food and beverage management experience in hotel, luxury, or lifestyle settings
- post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- wine certification such as WSET or CMS preferred
- proven track record in guest and team member engagement
- strong leadership and communication skills
- advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
- experience managing financial performance
- ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation environment
