The Food and Beverage Manager role at Four Seasons is a pivotal and full-time, year-round position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an all-day dining outlet. This role requires an individual who can lead and inspire a dynamic team, ensuring that both guest satisfaction and staff development are priorities. The Manager is entrusted with the overall success of the restaurant and bar, spearheading recruitment, staff scheduling, payroll oversight, and maintaining employee relations in line with the company’s standards of excellence.

In this role, the Food and Beverage Manager will ensure the delivery of exceptional guest services during peak periods, adhering strictly to service benchmarks and established procedures. Managing equipment setup and maintaining appropriate inventory levels is essential to operational efficiency. Additionally, the Manager will monitor financial performance closely, optimize the floor layout to maximize efficiency and guest experience, and drive sales growth through innovative strategies.

Handling guest complaints or negative feedback swiftly and professionally is a critical aspect of this position, enhancing the service experience and ensuring complete resolution satisfaction. The Manager will also collaborate closely with the Public Relations and Marketing teams to increase the restaurant’s visibility, fostering relationships with influencers, concierges, and hotel guests to promote the dining outlet effectively.

Staying abreast of local and international food and beverage trends will enable the Manager to plan timely activations and pop-up events that resonate with market interests, ensuring Four Seasons remains a leader in innovative luxury dining experiences. This role requires a deeply committed individual passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering impeccable guest service aligned with Four Seasons’ prestigious brand reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of managerial experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • proficiency with MICROS or similar POS systems
  • strong understanding of service delivery, cost control, labor management, and financial practices
  • computer literacy including Open Table and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • ability to lead teams effectively and navigate cross-cultural interactions
  • fluency in English
  • legal authorization to work in the country.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
